Providing excellent services to millions of customers on their game changing tech platform, our client is an exciting name in the MCR tech scene that is looking for a highly capable analyst that is adept at presenting and communicating data to the brand’s various high-profile clients.

What will you be doing?

• Utilise data to uncover insights that will improve client’s performance
• Collaborate with partnership teams and work alongside to provide ROI to clients
• Foster warm relationships with clients and provide regular reports on performance
• Work to achieve all KPIs and create dashboards that effectively showcase the brand’s value to clients
• Establish a comprehensive view of the brand’s tech and platform so you can effectively sell to prospect clients

What skills do you need?

• Relevant commercial experience in a customer facing data analysis role
• Excellent analytical skills that can take and present data to people of varying levels of knowledge
• Proven skills in SQL & excel
• Comfortable managing multiple workloads and juggling datasets in an organised manner
