Due to continued growth, a well-established business has a vacancy for an Internal Sales Executive in their busy Head Office in Feltham, to manage and develop customer accounts within a sales territory by optimising turnover and profit in conjunction with the Field Sales Team.
They specialise in the design and installation of Audio-Visual equipment to education, corporate and industry sectors via a nationwide branch network. They provide a high-quality Installation service supplying and installing the latest in projection & display, sound, and control system technologies.
As an Internal Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining a good business relationship and taking orders from customers.
- Actively assisting the development and nurturing of existing key accounts, preparing quotations and providing customer support to our valued clients.
- Promoting our full range of products and services to new and existing clients.
- Keep new and existing clients up to date with new products.
- Assisting the Field Sales Team with quote preparation, reports and drafts.
- Responding to emails and incoming calls.
- Engage in follow ups from marketing campaigns and any other sales administration tasks when necessary.
- Updating CRM system.
We are looking for an Internal Sales executive who has the following skills and experiences:
- Exceptional organisational skills and be methodical and thorough with effective communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and solid IT skills.
- Experience of working in a similar fast paced environment and able to cope with managing multiple clients.
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable although we are also keen to hear from people in AV retail, and a keen interest in technology particularly Audio Visual a bonus.
