They are actively seeking a fluent German speaking Inside Sales Account Manager to join their multi-cultural team at their Sunbury European Head Quarters. This position will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and providing support to their sales team. This position will also be responsible for managing the customer’s account and ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
Essential Duties
- Manage the customer relationship and provide support to the sales team.
- Provide support to the sales team and manage all orders for the customer.
- Work with the Account Manager to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all invoices are prepared in a timely manner.
- Work with the accounting department on monthly reporting.
- Work with the Accounts Receivable team on monthly invoicing.
- Ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and accounts.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Assist with inventory control when needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management or Sales Manager.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably in the IT sector but this is not essentail
- GERMAN LANGUAGE ESSENTIAL COMBINED WITH FLUENT ENGLISH
