Sales Account Manager
- Annual Salary: Circa £40K (depending on experience) + OTE £30k bonus Plus car or car allowance
- Location: Field-based in London & the South East

My client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is keen on developing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities within the Maintenance, Repair, and Installation sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair, and Installation works.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales metrics and work towards monthly/quarterly targets.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a high standard of client interaction to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
- Increase company market exposure and promote the business through various channels.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and Service team to ensure the best delivery of contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales position.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Field Service Management Software.
- Prior experience within the HVAC industry is favourable.
