• Annual Salary: Circa £40K (depending on experience) + OTE £30k bonus Plus car or car allowance
• Location: Field-based in London & the South East
• Job Type: Full-time

My client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is keen on developing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities within the Maintenance, Repair, and Installation sector.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair, and Installation works.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales metrics and work towards monthly/quarterly targets.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a high standard of client interaction to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
• Increase company market exposure and promote the business through various channels.
• Work closely with the Sales Director and Service team to ensure the best delivery of contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales position.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Field Service Management Software.
• Prior experience within the HVAC industry is favourable.
