Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000+ DOE

Permanent, Full time hours
We are looking for an dynamic HR Manager to join an established and experienced team based in Leeds. The company has seen continuous growth over the years, so if you're people focused and have an interest in Employee Relations, this is a great opportunity to continue your self development. The right candidate will deliver high quality, efficient and accurate administrative support to employees and line managers for all activities associated within the employee life cycle.
What you will be doing as a HR Manager

• Support the delivery and implementation of people related initiatives and projects to enhance engagement and culture
• Oversee day-to-day management of the HR team
• Responsible for maintaining a satisfied and engaged group of key stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end recruitment of employees
• Establish and build strong relationships throughout the business
• Positively consult to and influence key stakeholders on people related matters
• Provide support and advice on technical matters with best practice and in accordance with legislation and policies
• Drive innovation and look for opportunities to drive operational excellence into our culture, processes, and technologies.

What are the Key Requirements of the HR Manager

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Highly organised
• Keen eye for detail
• Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office products and the application of HR systems and work flow management
• CIPD qualified beneficial (or direct experience within HR function)
