I’m working with a fantastic business committed to creating a great place to work, they arecurrently looking to recruit a HR Operations Manager to manage the Group’s HR service to the business.If you are the lucky candidate with the right skills and experience, you’ll be working for a progressive business committed to promoting Diversity, a business that embraces positive change.
The HR Operations Manager role will give you the opportunity to make an impact and drive change to improve efficiency within the organisation.
The role is responsible for leading a sizeable team that supports the business for transactional HR across the whole organisation.This team manages an extremely large number of Employee Relations cases so this is a fast and pacey environment.
This is a senior role working with the senior management team. You will drive through improvements and develop initiatives to ensure you and your team are offering the HR service to your business.You will be working in a fast-paced environment, leading and developing a team of 6 - 9 people, this will give you the opportunity to put your management skills at work.
HR Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities:
To manage the dayto day performance and service of the HR team providinga customerfocussed query handling service to all Line Managers and employees, this includes 1st and 2nd line advice.
Nurture, develop and coach the team ensuring a first-class delivery to the business
Be responsible formaintaining and developing all HR policies and procedures that meet business needs and statutory requirements and HR knowledge is driven through the organisation to develop organisational capability
To manage projects to transform the way HR Services deliver across the function.
Be data driven to help drive positive and effective change across the Group
Monitor the service performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement of service delivery
Drive through process improvement ensuring a 1st class service to the business
Managing change projects as part of a bigger transformation.
HROperations Manager- Key Skills:
You will have previous experience of working within an operational delivery roleas well as managing change and transformation within this environment
This is an operational transactional service,you’ll love working in a changing fast environment!
Have a passion for Data, employee Relations and have managed high numbers of ER cases
Experience of managing projects
Proven experience of managing a HR team
