PageGroup are supporting a leading global distribution organisation based in Coleshill with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy site.

This role can offer a hybrid working model - Circa 3 days on-site per week

Description

Reporting to a Head of HR, the role of HR Manager will take full responsibility for all aspects of HR for a busy Distribution site with the support of a HR Assistant.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Management of all employee relations casework
• With the support of the HR Assistant, ensure all HR paperwork is produced in a timely manner
• Support with Recruitment and on boarding, work with stakeholders to ensure a smooth induction
• Management of sickness and lateness
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders
• Supporting the HR Team with organisational design and change management programs as required
• Support with continuous improvement

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven HR background in a similar role.
