Are you an HR Manager looking for a varied and fully autonomous role, where you can put your own stamp on the business?
This is a fantastic opportunity to head up the company HR function, allowing you to assist the ongoing development of the business with the support of a small close-knit team beneath you.
This long-standing manufacturer are going through a period of growth and cultural change due to their continued success and are now looking for an HR Manager to support.
You will play a key part in the company change management, whilst also covering a broad range of activities including recruitment, training, policy changes, KPI's etc.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR management experience within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment, looking for a new challenge within a growing business.
The Role:
- Leading the HR function for the business
- Managing a small HR team
- Covering a broad range of aspects including: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, policies and procedures
- Permanent, Monday to Friday role with an early Friday finish
The Person:
- Proven experience within an HR Manager role
- Experience with change management
- Strong leadership and communication experience
- Competent with computer packages such as Microsoft Office
- Minimum of Level 5 CIPD
