About Our Client
PageGroup are supporting a highly successful and rapidly growing Distribution business based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy site for circa 12 month interim contract.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully-office based working.
Job Description
Reporting to a Senior HR Manager, the role of HR Manager will involve overseeing a small HR team (HR Advisor and HR Administrator) and dealing with all generalist HR matters at this busy distribution site.
This will include but not limited to:
- Play a key role on site to drive the overall business strategy
- Effectively collaborate with the General Manager on site to drive excellence
- Work with a range of stakeholders to deal with employee relations casework including complex matters and protect the business against ET claims
- Support the business with key people projects
- Line management of HR advisor and HR Administrator
- Support Senior Management with Talent Development
- Advise stakeholders on all aspects of the People Strategy
