Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a HR Managerto join the team.
The main purpose of this role is supporting the HR function that is currently in place , updating policies, procedures, and systems to create a fit-for-purpose HR function as the business grows
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary depending upon your experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Christmas shut down, summer and Christmas events, pension after probation.
This is a full-time, permanent role The hours of work will be 08 00 Monday Thursday & 08 30 on Friday
Reporting to the CCO of the business your responsibilities will include:
- supporting the HR function that is currently in place, updating policies, procedures, and systems to create a fit-for-purpose HR function as the business grows
- Structuring recruitment processes from internal agency to completion
- Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant, fair, and equitable for all
- Acting as the first point of contact on all people management activities
The ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in an HR generalist capacity, ideally as a standalone HR Manager
- HR experience within a group is essential
- Ideally Level 5 CIPD minimum
- Drives
- SME experience
