Elite HR are delighted to support with the resourcing of an HR Manager with generalist experience to support driving change and HR decision making. With line management responsibilities for one direct report the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the wider HR Operational teams. 

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively deliver an HR Service to all staff and managers
• Oversee recruitment through entire start to end journey
• ER case management
• Employee engagement
• Deliver on restructures and consultations

Essential skills

• Credibility in influencing people at all levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Unionised environment experience
• Strong analytical abilities for informed decision making
• Expert in policy and procedures
• Level 5/7 CIPD qualified
• Previous experience of a Unionised environment and Tupe regulations
