Job Description:
Bond Recruit Limited is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within the organization, including internal recruitment, training delivery, overseeing social media management, and serving as the head of people.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective strategies for internal recruitment to attract and retain top talent within the organisation.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Training Delivery:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate with external training providers when necessary to supplement internal training initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Head of People:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators related to employee turnover, retention, and satisfaction.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract potential candidates.
Manage all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, to engage with current employees and showcase company culture.
Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to optimize recruitment efforts and reach a wider audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee development.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing social media platforms for recruitment purposes is a plus.
