Hr Manager- Chiswick

Description

• Partners and builds effective relationships with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and People Managers to provide support and guidance with people related issues.
• Builds effective relationships with colleagues at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR-related issues to support understanding, alignment/consistency and resolution.
• Provides site-level decision-makingon matters of application of the HR policy. Ensures defendable consistency and relevant information sharing/escalation across sites as necessary.
• Lead for resourcing/recruitment up to SLT level and is responsible for efficiencies in average cost of hire and is seen as the Dayforce (HRIS) expert for the recruitment processes.
• Benchmark all roles and align them with Hay Grading structure to ensure all roles are successfully evaluated.
• Facilitates and manages full recruitment and selection process (up to SLT) including but not limited to screening candidates, arranging and facilitating interviews and coaching hiring managers on best practise.
• Works with HR Operations on related processes and procedures.
• Inputs and contributes to the Personal Development Plan process with the wider HR Team regarding people and team development needs and opportunities, as well as important HR topics for People Managers, such as harassment, discrimination etc.
• Designs, implements and manages the training strategy for Chiswick office, aligning with other HR & Development Manager and TrainingLeadwhere required.
• Sets and tracks the training KPIs for Chiswick office monthly.
• Positively influences the top management as they set the development of employees as the key priority of the organisation.
• Optimise resourcing through various external mediums including apprenticeships.
• Supports as necessary site development and training interventions like hybrid working.

Profile

• 7 or more years of experience in human resources and employee recruitment.
• Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas.
• Strong leadership skills to guide key stakeholders as well as support and motivate colleagues.
• A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law.
• Strong Training Experience.
• Preparing and delivering training.
• Insights accredited or happy to be accredited.

Job Offer

• A competitivesalary in the range of £60,000 - £65,000 plus a 10% bonus.
