Manpower are supporting our global client in the recruitment of an Interim HR Manager for their Busy Manufacturing site in Kidlington.
This is a Hybrid role working 3/4 days onsite for 2/3 months.
Job Description
As the HR Manager you will provide professional support and guidance to the site leadership teams as appropriate whilst also managing all HR activities.
This is a full generalist role which includes supporting site management across a broad range of people issues including talent management, employee engagement and well-being, management capability, resourcing, employee relations and training and development. FMCG experience.
The role will also involve leading and/or taking part in the delivery of a number of regional/global HR projects and programmes.
Job Requirements
- Act as a business partner and coach to on site leadership teams to improve leadership capacity and support on all people related topics/issues, ensuring alignment with the business HR strategy, as well as the European business strategy
- Supporting and leading locally, the Talent Management/Development process within the region (including performance management)
- Supporting resourcing with key recruitment as appropriate at all levels up to management appointments
- Managing the Company pay and reward processes in conjunction with Project Lead & Reward
- Involvement in HR projects as directed, including any re-organisation programmes, organisational development and design work
- Taking the lead on change management initiatives in the locations, as appropriate
- Supporting the HR integration activities to create a 'one business approach' within the Region
- To manage the annual employee engagement survey & activities in the respective locations
- Assist in partnering with management to ensure effective internal employee communication within client groups
- Being an effective and challenging member of the HR team
- Coaching a team of 2 staff - HR Advisor and HR Administrator
You should have the following skills, experience and/or qualifications:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven stand-alone HR leadership experience within an operationally led environment;
- Experience of delivering significant and effective change management within HR and throughout the business
