£75,000 - £85,000 + bonus and benefits
An international organisation are looking for an HR business partner to join their office in the Oxford area
You will lead on all operational and some strategic projects and be an integral part of delivering the people plan across the organisation.
DUTIES
- Working with multiple stakeholders you will wear many hats and support on different levels providing expert HR assistance across a generalist remit
- Operationally supporting end to end with all policy and process through to employee relations, projects and recruitment as well as engagement, learning and development, reward and talent management.
- You will drive a culture of success and support your stakeholders with the strategy for their teams, coming up with ideas, initiatives and manage performance and embed values.
- With a strategic mindset, you will implement projects when appropriate and report on success, reporting on data and using this to tell your story
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- You will have a strong HR Business Partner background and be used to working with multiple stakeholders at management and above level
- Experience in a fast paced environment, you will enjoy change and ambiguity and be able to navigate and make decisions autonomously
- You will have strong stakeholder management skills, enjoy being part of a team and be a collaborative individual
- With an operational background you will also have had exposure to projects and strategy
