The HR Manager role

As a first point of contact you'll onboard new employees to the construction project arranging onsite onboarding and safety 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to develop and implement proactive strategies for maintaining positive employee relations.

  • Provide administrative and advisory support to employees on the construction project throughout the entire employment lifecycle
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant employment laws and company culture.
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct training sessions and share knowledge on employee relations topics to enhance understanding and compliance across the organisation.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in employment laws to proactively address potential issues.

 

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working within a Construction project or environment
  • Experience in employee relations, and pro-active conflict resolution,.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • You will have experience of prioritising, planning and delivering your own workload to meet deadlines
