NXT is working in partnership with a dynamic and innovative business with offices throughout the UK. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join the team and lead on all people initiatives.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the growth and development of the diverse team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting a healthy and collaborative workplace culture.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture Oversee performance management, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth Administer and enhance employee benefits programs Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organisational needs related to talent and workforce planning Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to continually improve our HR programs
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
