As HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and more.
- Providing expert HR advice to line managers and directors
- Monitoring and reviewing policies implementing change as needed
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Experience of managing a varied ER caseload
- Experience of working directly with and advising senior managers and directors
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a high-pressured environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a pragmatic, logical approach to problem solving
- Proven generalist Human Resources experience
- Solid and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
You will be working in the office Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
