The Role
This is an excellent HR Manager / HR Business Partner role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The HR Manager / HR Business Partner will have worked on a range of rewards and engagement initiatives previously, and will have a plethora of of HR and employment law.
As the successful HR Manager / HR Business Partner, you will be tasked with supporting the Head of HR on rewards reporting, and the development and implementation of new and existing initiatives surrounding diversity & inclusion, gender pay-gaps and mental health & wellbeing on a trust wide basis.
The Company
The HR Manager / HR Business Partner role will join a thriving and well-established not-for-profit charity organisation within the care sector. The HR Manager / HR Business Partner role will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is hybrid working, going on-site 2 days per week. Whilst this is a hybrid working basis, there may be occasional travel travel to other sites, therefore a driving licence is required.

What’s Required?
The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
Prior experience within a similar HR Management role - With a focus on rewards & engagement projects & initiatives.
A strong understanding of HR & employment law, along with a level 7 - CIPD certification and the ability to educate and guide both other team members and stakeholders
Any other relevant certifications as well as any experience within the care industry or of working in an organisation with multiple sites would be advantageous
