We are delighted to be partnering with a growing business who now have a HR Manager opportunity available. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be based at the site in West Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within manufacturing or a similar industry and be experienced managing key relationships with managers and business leaders. You will be experienced to lead from a strategic perspective and also able to roll your sleeves up and support the operational managers with day-to-day HR matters.
This is a standalone role so you must comfortable operating in this capacity.
You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role which will require you to build credible and lasting relationships. You will be commercially astute and quickly able to demonstrate the value you add.
We are seeking a commercial HR professional who have hands-on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment.
About you
- Experience working in a standalone capacity within manufacturing or similar environment
- Proven background as a HR Manager operating across both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- CIPD qualified.
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
- Ideally experienced gained in a business experiencing growth.
- Strong experience with management/leadership development projects.
