Your New Company
You will be working for an expanding and innovative manufacturing business in Warwickshire who are currently looking to appoint a stand-alone HR Manager to look after the site.
Your new role
Your role will require you to look after a team of around 120 staff, and you will be the contact for anything regarding HR, so you could be dealing with the normal day-to-day HR duties, ER issues, recruitment and retention. As well as the generalist duties, you will also be the key person to look at setting in place some key strategies around well-being, rewards and benefits, looking at current policies and procedures and also looking at staff development.
What You\'ll Need To Succeed
You will have previous experience working in a similar role and have the ability to work alone and not be afraid to speak confidently to the organisation and share your ideas and experiences. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified.
