HR & OD consultant
Wrexham
£22 per hour
Full Time Contract ( 6 weeks to 6 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR & OD consultant in Wrexham. The placement is initially for 6 weeks, but has the potential to run up to 6 months.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide HR professional support and advice to Service Managers on the operation, implementation, interpretation and management of HR policies and support on organisation change projects
- Support Service Managers to develop the skills and confidence to apply best practice and resolve HR issues in the workplace
- To support the team in carrying out to the highest quality standards in an early intervention and prevention capacity, the relevant statutory duties
- To support a number of evaluation or feedback activities that relate to the service by coordinating tasks, undertaking data collection and inputting and logging reports e.g. parenting programmes and evaluations
Experience and skills required:
- Qualified to CIPD level, or equivalent
- HR experience in the public sector is preferred
- Knowledge of the roles of other professionals and the principles of partnership working with key professionals in health, education, voluntary and social services
- Experience of managing referrals within Children's Services
