Job description

Our client, a family-run facilities management company is seeking an experienced, permanent HR / Office Manager for their London office.

The permanent salary is £32,000 - £35,000, depending on skills and experience. The role is hybrid (1 day a week from home) to work a full-time, 37.5 hour week.

This is a great permanent opportunity to work in a fabulous environment with a relaxed friendly team.

Key areas of work

  • Efficiently handle day-to-day operations ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Manage IT-related tasks
  • Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies and procedures across the company operation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards ISO 1400, 9001 & 45001.
  • Company meetings, and events coordination.
  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and update policies accordingly.
  • Complete PQQ forms and manage accreditation and membership processes.
  • Create and manage the operational team’s schedule.
  • HR functions and processes including recruitment and onboarding across operations.
  • Coordinate training on H&S, HR and compliance matters across operation.
  • Subcontractors and suppliers’ management.
  • Fleet management.
  • Collaborate with MD to implement and execute projects that add efficiency and workflows.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in office management and administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HR processes
