HR Officer / Manager (stand-alone role) As HR Officer / Manager, you will report directly to the senior management team and have responsibility for the HR function within the business. You will be the first point of contact for all staff in relation to HR enquiries. As HR Officer / Manager, you will support the management team on the implementation of company policies and procedures, including employee relations advice such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and ensuring best practice approaches are followed. .

All HR Administration duties.Essentially, you will have a degree in a Human Resources related discipline (or equivalent) and previous experience working as a HR Officer / Manager in a generalist role.You will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of good HR practices, an awareness of current employment legislation, a high level of commitment and discretion.Be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative, making decisions as required.
