The post holder will take a lead role in managing the operational delivery of HR Advisory services across the Trust including responsibility for management of the HR Advisory (Pay, Terms & Conditions) team, ensuring these services are high quality and customer focused and in accordance with Trust procedures and best practice .

Relevant Degree or recognised professional qualification (or equivalent/higher qualification) in an HR, management or business-related subject and 3 years experience at Band 6 or equivalent/aboveORRelevant HNC (or equivalent/higher qualification) in an HR, management or business related field and 4 years experience in a HR-related role, 3 years of which must be at Band 6 or equivalent/aboveOR6 years experience in a HR-related role, 3 years of which must be at Band 6 or equivalent.Have demonstrable experience of taking a key role in delivering successful implementation of change initiatives.Demonstrate experience of working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes .Experience of working with teams to improve effectiveness with regard to service delivery.Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criterion will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport. , Hold a CIPD qualification or be currently working towards achieving this.
