Hr Officer

SF Recruitment are working with an SME in the south of Birmingham who are looking for an experience HR Officer to deal with entire employee lifecycle and to provide support to the SLT to deliver future plans.
This role is full time and site based
Salary: GBP30,000
Role
- Full control of the onboarding process, contracts of employment, reference checks and organising inductions
- Collate probationary reviews and discuss with line manager
- Organise and conduct exit interviews
- Posting job vacancies, shortlisting and organising interviews
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date
- Support manager with policy advice and guidance
- Providing HR reports on holiday and absence statistics
- Support with disciplinary and grievances, not take if required
- Ensure training records are maintained and organise training as required
- Provide payroll report with any anomalies
Required
- ideally CIPD Level 3
- Intermediate Excel knowledge in order to create reports for HR analysis
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise
