Job description
We are looking for a professional and well organised individual to provide generalist support across a busy HR function, including undertaking recruitment interviews and supporting case work as necessary. With specific responsibilities for inductions, staff development, appraisals, pensions and leavers, our ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly IT proficient (Word and Excel in particular) and have experience of working in a HR related environment. As a minimum, they should also hold (or be prepared to work towards) a Level 3 CIPD qualification, as well as Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
