Theo James Recruitment are proud to be representing an award-winning, established food manufactuer that have been trading for over 30 years. They have recently spent a lot of investment on their state of the art factory to keep in line with the demand for their product! With big growth plans in place they are looking to add someone else to the HR team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will join the HR team to support employees and managers with any HR related queries. You will ensure that all company policies are in line with employment law and be a part of the employee journey from onboarding.
Skills & experience:
- Proactive approach to keeping up to date with employment law and adjusting policies accordingly to accurately advise on best practice
- Update internal systems with any employee changes such as changes to salary, hours, job title etc.
- Experience onboarding staff members through issuing contracts, delivering inductions and working with managers throughout probation periods
- Work with the HR team and Hiring managers to recruit for the business
