- Monitoring and improving employee absence management strategies.
- Providing disciplinary guidance to managers, ensuring policy compliance.
- Conducting valuable exit interviews to gather feedback.
- Handling occupational health referrals and providing feedback to managers and HR.
We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
- Essential: CIPD qualification.
- Proven track record in a similar HR role, showcasing comprehensive HR knowledge.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own transport is essential due to travel requirements.
