The Role:

• Support in inductions and the training process including responsibility for site apprentices
• To support the business with specialist HR knowledge
• Manage the full recruitment process including identifying and administering appropriate selection testing, supporting and coaching the recruiting managers through the process to ensure a fair and consistent approach
• Manage employees' terms and conditions together with annual salary review and bonus processes
• Monitor staff performance and well being

The Person:

• Human Resources Experience OR CIPD qualified
