H9 Human Resources are looking for a HR Officer to work for an amazing manufacturer based in Lancashire.
This is the perfect opportunity to develop and grow your skill set in a true generalist position.
Some of the duties are but not limited too:
- Using HR software to create and update personnel files
- Implementation of policies and procedures
- Taking minutes at Management and H&S meetings, Disciplinary Hearings and probation reviews
- Collating data to calculate monthly BACS payments in preparation for Payroll export
- Advising management regarding HR queries ensuring the correct information is given regarding employment law.
Skills required:
- Previous HR Generalist experience
- manufacturing/Industrial sector experience (desirable)
- Basic knowledge of Employment Law and Employees Statutory Rights would be advantageous
- CIPD qualification would be advantageous
This role is fully on-site but offers a lot of flexability around working hours. The salary being offered it Up to £27,500pa.
