Description
- Travelling between sites and overseeing HR operations within the organisation
- Supporting with ER Casework
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Overseeing the recruitment process and conducting interviews
- Coordinating with management on staff training and development
- Assisting in employee performance evaluation and management
- Ensuring legal compliance in all HR functions
- Managing internal HR communications
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector
- Proficiency in HR management software
- Strong organisational skills
- A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Job Offer
