As an HR Officer, you will be the backbone of our human resources department, ensuring all HR operations run smoothly. This role is pivotal in fostering positive relations between employees and management, and is essential to our mission as an educational organisation.

Description

• Travelling between sites and overseeing HR operations within the organisation
• Supporting with ER Casework
• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Overseeing the recruitment process and conducting interviews
• Coordinating with management on staff training and development
• Assisting in employee performance evaluation and management
• Ensuring legal compliance in all HR functions
• Managing internal HR communications

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector
• Proficiency in HR management software
• Strong organisational skills
• A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £26,000 to £31,500 per year
