SalaryWe are recruiting for a HR Operations Administrator to join our team in Bristol!
Working as part of the HR Operations Team you will provide a high quality and proactive HR and Benefits service across the Firm. You will ensure that all employee lifecycle and benefit matters are effectively supported, and changes are made quickly and accurately. You will ensure that any queries are addressed and that all people information is maintained accurately and securely.

About the RoleDuties include:
- To process all employee lifecycle changes accurately and in accordance with the SOP and our People Policies- To prepare and issue all employee lifecycle change letters - To ensure Payroll are notified of employee changes. - To maintain and update PeopleSoft accurately and within the agreed timescales- To maintain a comprehensive and up to date set of SOPs covering HR Benefits and Administration tasks- To ensure Right to Work information is maintained and recorded accurately. - To respond to employee reference requests as required.- To support the effective operation of all people related processes. - To provide Benefits providers with employee data in a timely, accurate and secure manner.- To produce weekly and monthly reports for data reconciliation purposes- To respond to general queries from HR & Benefits inboxes.
About You
- Must have excellent numerical and analytical skills.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Excellent time management and organisational skills- Excellent communication skills.- Can work within a team as well as independently.
