We are excited to be seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Operations Officer to join our HR Operations team.
The successful candidate will work within our Employee Lifecycle team, acting as the first point of contact for all HR Operations queries. We are seeking an individual who is a confident communicator with a passion to provide excellent customer service, supporting our customers and colleagues during the lifecycle of their employment via telephone, email and our employee Portal.
In addition to this, your daily duties will include onboarding starters, processing changes in terms and conditions of employment, reconciliation of all payroll variations, and offboarding leavers. This requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
You will be part of a larger HR & OD service and will work collaboratively with your colleagues across the service to ensure continuous improvement in our HR & OD service delivery.
About you
You will have experience of working in a team, hold a level 3 HR or Payroll qualification or be committed to gaining this with a good understanding of how to add value within an organisation. You will also be a strong team player with a collaborative work style.

Your main place of work will be the award winning modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport with a train station 5 minutes away with the opportunity to work from home three days a week.
