You will be working for a well established financial services firm in Central London.
This role will require you to work in their London office 5 days per week.
Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary HR Operations Coordinator for an initial 3 month duration however this may extend.
Some duties will include:
- On-boarding employees
- Off-boarding employees
- Maintaining HR database (Workday)
- Dealing with HR queries
- Drafting contracts and offer letters
- Background checks
- Reference requests
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR administrative role.
Ideally you will have experience using Workday however this is not essential.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on previous experience.
