At Philip Morris International, we are seeking an Employee Care Specialist to join our world-class People and Culture (P&C) team. As a Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED), Employee Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees receive exceptional care and support, making a significant impact on their overall experience at our company. Your Day to Day • Support Line Managers by providing guidance on diverse topics like policies, time management, and performance, drawing upon your local knowledge and expertise. • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address complex inquiries and challenges, ensuring the utmost level of employee support. • Coordinate with HRBPs to resolve complex queries and escalations. • Partner with HR colleagues in Business Partnering and Learning & Development to deliver training to employees and line managers on key topics, such as managing attendance and the operationalization of HR policies. • Draft letters and templates, including exceptional contract changes, in collaboration with HR Legal. • Work closely with the internal communications team and HR colleagues to write and coordinate employee communications for the UK People & Culture (P&C) function. • Assist in the implementation of changes to meet legislative requirements. • Upskill the insourced Employee Care team to handle UK-specific queries accurately. • Offer advice to the Talent Acquisition Operations team on matters related to right-to-work inquiries, using your expertise in local regulations. • Oversee parental leave processes to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for employees. • Employ HR data to proactively pinpoint potential opportunities for improvement, risks, and issues, fostering an environment of ongoing enhancement. • Manage personnel files and ensure flawless performance of the benefits portal. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, in line with PMI's values, to enhance end-to-end processes. • Manage contracts and agreements with P&ED vendors. • Provide support in the delivery of P&ED activities as required. Reporting to the Senior Team Leader of Product and Experience Delivery for the UK and Ireland, this role offers not only the opportunity to excel in your day-to-day responsibilities but also to contribute to projects and be part of our transformation as we work towards our vision of creating a smoke-free future. About you • You are someone who has +5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence. • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law, enabling you to provide accurate and reliable advice. • Experience in operationalizing policies and providing advice related to HR employment legislation. • Extensive experience in managing and improving HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • HR qualification CIPD 5 or above, showcasing your commitment to professional development is highly desired. • Collaborative, agile, and growth mindset, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • You genuinely care about employee experience, ensuring employee-centric service delivery. • You're motivated by data and the use of data to continually improve and drive positive outcomes. You will be required to have the right to work in the UK and strong UK employment/legislation knowledge to be considered for this role.
