Join our world-class Human Resources team in our Hammersmith office as a highly motivated Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED) Specialist at Philip Morris Limited. Alongside People & Culture (P&C) Operations activities, this role will have a focus on Data, Systems and continues improvement where you will have a significant impact on enabling the Team to deliver with excellence, care and data driven decisions. Your Day to Day • You’ll establish and maintain HR dashboards for the P&ED function and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to oversee system changes and updates. • You’ll champion and implement efficiencies, look at automation, use AI, and finding efficient ways to standardize processes. • You’ll have the opportunity to deep dive in pulse survey data to look for opportunities to improve our services. • As part of this role, you’ll deliver system training where required and partner with a variety of stakeholders on data-driven projects. • You’ll identify and deliver opportunities for continuous improvement across P&ED and establish local data/reports to track service and performance locally. • You’ll contribute to global projects (e.g. global HR system change, growing HR artificial intelligence capability) and take initiatives in analyzing HR data to uncover potential possibilities, risks, and concerns. • You’ll be responsible for personnel file management and ensure continuous improvement in end-to-end processes in line with PMI culture. • As part of this role, you’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners to address complicated inquiries and issues and support the implementation of change to align with legislative updates. • You’ll oversee our parental leave processes and manage content and performance of benefits portal to ensure continuous improvement in end-to-end processes. • You’ll also manage contracts and agreements with P&ED vendors and support in delivery of P&ED activities as required. This role reports to the Senior Team Leader of Product and Experience Delivery for the UK and Ireland. In addition to the listed responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects and be part of our transformation to fulfill our vision of creating a smoke-free future. About you • You are someone who has proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of excellence. • You’ll have excellent knowledge of PowerBI and ideally qualification in change/change management/project management/continuous improvement. • Experience in managing and improving HR processes, systems, and data and system mapping is key. • You’ll have experience in data analysis, use of multiple data sets and are someone who is motivated by data and use of data to continually improve. • You are someone who is collaborative, agile, and has a growth mindset, and genuinely cares about employee experience, ensuring employee-centric service delivery You will be required to have the right to work in the UK and strong UK employment/legislation knowledge to be considered for this role.
