We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Manager to join our team to be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes, policies and procedures whilst also providing support and guidance to the HR team with the role directly managing 2 HR Administrators.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and highly organised, with great communication skills that can build relationships with all key stakeholders. You will have extensive experience working with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems and be confident in overseeing the maintenance of these, being the lead for any system updates or new technology developments. Developing and managing HR reporting metrics that can be shared with the Head of HR and Executive Director of People to inform business decisions and strategy will also be a key part of this role and as such experience in this area would be advantageous. Additionally, you will have experience in managing employee relations cases, to act as a point of contact to support the wider HR team with grievances, disciplinaries or appeals should additional support be required.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in the implementation of agreed people projects and activities with an ability to deliver against multiple priorities to time and quality.
- Experience working with HR metrics, Employee Surveys, and wider engagement approaches.
- Previous experience of high-level ER and case management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience of HR system and ATS, with knowledge of SelectHR and Access Recruit being advantageous.
