Hr Operations Manager

Your new company
My client is an established essential services provider in Pembrokeshire. They provide personalised care and services for individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities and elderly care. Alongside this, they provide cleaning and training services for both private and public sector organisations.
They are now looking for an HR Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis (on-site).

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include but are not subject to the following:

• Line management of 4 HR professionals, ensuring the team is adequately resourced and is delivering an efficient and professional service.
• Providing employee relations expertise throughout the organisation and providing guidance to managers to facilitate the early resolution of difficult, complex or sensitive employee relations issues.
• Assisting the Group Head of HR in implementing and embedding new HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation.
• Assisting other departments in reviewing, developing and managing the benefits package
• Develop and coordinate learning and development for all employees within the organisation up to leadership level.
• Overseeing all recruitment, including; ensuring the recruitment and selection activity is on track, keeping on top of recruitment trends, overseeing onboarding and inductions of new staff.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Be CIPD Level 5 Qualified
• Have experience working within an HR team/setting previously
• Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
• Have line management experience

What you'll get in return
This role is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week on-site in Milford Haven. The organisation is offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) with an exciting benefits package which you will be entitled to following probation, such as matched pension contribution of up to 8%, flexi-hours, hybrid working and private health insurance including 28 days holiday allowance + bank holidays.
