VANRATH are delighted to be working with our highly-valued engineering/manufacturing client as they search for an HR & Payroll Officer to join their growing HR function.
You will be responsible for:
- Initiating and implementing continuous improvement ideas
- Liaise effectively with global payroll and systems partners
- Maintain and update the Time & Attendance and HR Systems
- Prepare and process the monthly Payroll in compliance with relevant rules and regulations and to required deadlines
- Provide support to the HR Team
- Support engagement activities across the site in line with our People Strategy
- Train and support supervisors and managers on payroll and T&A systems to drive efficiency in our processes
- Update benefits providers with membership details and changes

- CIPD / HR/Finance/Business Qualification
