Hr People Advisor

Due to continued growth our client is looking to recruit a People Advisor / HR Advisor on a permanent and hybrid working basis.

• 3 days office / 2 days from home
• Up to GBP40,000

With in this role your main responsibility will be to drive people excellence across the business and will drive forward the people strategy. This will include leading on recruitment campaigns, managing people processes (such as performance management and disciplinary and grievance, etc), leading on people focused projects and providing expert HR advice to the business and its stakeholders. You will also coach and support managers and our employees on people lifecycle issues as well as lead on employee relations cases.
The ideal candidate will have the following, experience and skills:

• Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
• HR Advisor experience
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build relationships
• People project management skills such as leading on projects around employee change, reward and recognition, etc as well as contributing to change and transformation
• Commercially astute
• Broad HR generalist background
• Experience contributing to change and transformation
• Strong knowledge of employment law and people trends
• Passionate and enthused about HR and growing people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft high level employee relations and employee engagement information
• Ability to lead with confidence on formal and informal employee relations and employee life cycle cases, etc

In return the company is offering a salary of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 plus many rewarding company benefits.
