We are recruiting for Customer focused individuals who are looking to join a specialist team based in Nottingham. You will be joining a team providing excellent Customer Service to customers via phone, email and webchat.
Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (Rotational shift pattern)
Salary: 22,700 + 1500 annual bonus
Role:
- Providing excellent Customer Service to existing customers via phone, email and webchat
- Ability to handle high volume of calls, chats and emails with degrees of questions or concerns
- Comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a computer
- Must be able to work within a team environment, communicating with other agents.
- Customer focused
- Be able to navigate and learn multiple computer systems
- Problem solving skills and deliver timely resolution
- Work towards several different targets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
