Reporting to Senior Manager, HR Performance and Programs, the job holder will support and assist the Senior Manager, HR Performance and Programs to
Responsibilities:
- prepare regular HR KPI reporting and perform data analysis to assist in business decisions
- manage Employee Opinion Survey & HR related surveys which includes building of report structure, survey ordering, report generation, result communication and improvement actions identification
- work in collaboration with HR Business Managers in promoting employee engagement, building understanding and communication from employees, ensuring an open, responsive and harmonious working environment
- support the rollout of Global and Regional programs within the country such as Employee of the year, Employee Appreciation Week, DHL's Got Heart, Health & Wellbeing, content management and utilization of Smart Connect employee mobile app, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging initiatives etc.
- coordinate local employee engagement programs
- enhance employer branding by coordinating employer awards applications
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in human resources management or business related disciplines
- at least 4 years' HR experience in multinational companies
- possess a passion of people with a proactive working attitude
- be creative and with event management experience
- detail-minded, analytical and possess a mindset of continuous improvement
- possess a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- strong communications skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- proficient PC skills
