A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a skilled HR Project Advisor to join their HR department on a 8 weeks temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to various HR projects and initiatives while operating as an HR Generalist. The role is working 3 core days on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Temporary Contract - Part time hours Free car parking on site Key Responsibilities/Account abilities- Provide confidential and professional advice on all HR issues.- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including on boarding, relocation, and visa assistance.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all HR systems.- Manage the HR section of the intranet for effective communication.- Lead recruitment activities across the company.- Administer performance appraisals and employee learning and development activities.- Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and compliant.- Provide accurate and timely payroll data to the Head of HR.Skills & Experience- Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload.- Experience in the recruitment process.- Highly confidential and professional.- Excellent reporting skills.- Excellent attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- HR Advisor experience of 4 years- High level of IT understanding- Team-focused- CIPD Level 3 or above.If you meet the above criteria and ready to take on this exciting challenge, please contact Marsha-Louise to express your interest.
