HR Project Co-ordinator
The post holder will be responsible for providing project support in the delivery of a range of people projects across a variety of cultural areas including, health and wellbeing, values, diversity and inclusion, employer brand, listening strategy, learning and development and entry level strategy. The role (in red below) is project based and requires strong project management skills.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1. A third level qualification in a relevant area AND a minimum of three years’ experience assisting design and delivery of People projects within a corporate environment to include:
a) Strong project management skills and demonstrable experience of co-ordinating projects.
b) Demonstrable ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including the ability to anticipate problems and provide sound solutions.
c) Experience of adopting a continuous improvement approach in service delivery.
OR (in the absence of a third level qualification)
A minimum of four years’ experience assisting design and delivery of People projects within a corporate environment to include:
a) Strong project management skills and demonstrable experience of co-ordinating projects.
b) Demonstrable ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including the ability to anticipate problems and provide sound solutions.
c) Experience of adopting a continuous improvement approach in service delivery.
2. Proficient in the use of ICT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
3. As this post requires you to travel on official duty throughout Northern Ireland, you must have a full, current driving license or access to a reliable means of transport, which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities. This is an operational requirement and is essential to meet business needs.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Salary
This role offers a competitive remuneration package with a salary scale of £33,670 to £44,893 per annum (pay award pending).
Location
The role will be based at Westland House, 40 Old Westland Road, Belfast, BT14 6TE but will require regular travel to the Antrim LDC and occasional travel to other NI Water sites across Northern Ireland.
