SalaryRoyal Cornwall Hospitals Trust (RCHT) are embarking on an exciting, leading edge HR System Transformation Programme. Through the re-engineering and maximisation of HR System functionality, RCHT have an ambitious two-year programme planned to transform HR Services and the Corporate experience by unlocking the full capability of our HR systems, and to make best use of these digital platforms. This will improve the HR service user experience and will enhance the quality and accuracy of management information reports generated from HR related systems.
The post holder will have specialist HR knowledge across range of procedures, underpinned by theoretical knowledge of generalist HR activity, acquired through degree or equivalent experience or training.
The post holder will have demonstrated working within a project management context and will have knowledge to post graduate diploma level or equivalent
