To support our aim, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Lead to deliver a highly responsive and professional talent and resourcing service to attract, source and retain the talent required to continue to be the great college we are.
This is a proactive role, where you will lead on the resourcing needs of the college. You will work with the wider HR team to understand the talent strategy and help develop functional resourcing plans that incorporate existing and future requirements, to support business growth and talent management.
You will lead on providing recruitment best practice, market insight and trends to support the attraction and resourcing approach for specific business areas.
This role will be responsible for proactively sourcing a flexible talent pool of candidates using several methods such as social networks, careers sites, advertising, referrals, networking, job boards and the use of our online recruitment system. Being creative in your approach, able to seek out opportunities to market and promote working for the college at every opportunity.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
