Salary: £30,000- £34,000 + excellent benefits
Seeking a HR professional with knowledge of employment law and experience managing employee relations cases.
Overview:
Working for a leading FE College, you will play a crucial role in providing a first-line HR advisory service to internal stakeholders, complete casework and lead the internal recruitment service process.
A typical week:
- Provide guidance on Employee Relations issues
- Support employee relations casework
- Resolve HR queries & provide an excellent HR service
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
You'll need the following for this role:
- 2 years HR experience
- Experience of employee relations
- Experience of recruitment & selection
- CIPD Level 3 or above
