On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a HR Service Delivery Consultant for a contract based in Leeds with a hybrid working model, until the end of 2024.
Purpose of the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end vetting process for colleagues joining the Group, ensuring compliance with Home Office Regulations and the Group's Colleague Screening Standards. You will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that all candidates undergo compliant vetting procedures, taking personal responsibility for your own portfolio of candidates from initiation to completion. Your objective will be to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the vetting process. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring that the organisation is safeguarded from any potential liabilities.
As a HR Service Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end vetting process for colleagues joining the Group, ensuring compliance with Home Office Regulations and the Group's Colleague Screening Standards.Identifying and managing risks, taking appropriate actions to mitigate them and safeguard the organisation from undue liabilities.Proposing and implementing improvements to processes, systems, and procedures related to vetting, monitoring them through to successful implementation.Developing personal capabilities through formal and informal training opportunities, while also providing coaching and support to the team.Collaborating closely with internal teams and third-party vetting providers to drive performance and enhance the efficiency of the vetting process. What we require from the candidate:
Strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proven experience in fast-paced environments, demonstrating efficiency, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft tools and the capability to analyse key themes and trends using Management Information (MI).
