We are partnering with a successful UK wide organisation who are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced HR Service Team Leader to lead their team.
Supporting an ongoing period of growth, this role will work across the HR, Payroll, Learning and Resourcing teams helping to identify opportunities to reduce manual input and increase efficiency. The successful candidate will provide direction and robust performance management to the HR Administration team on a day-to-day basis.
This is a hybrid-working position, with a combination of remote working and working in their offices on the Norfolk / Suffolk border.
The role:
- Undertake and/or ensure regular training and shared learning sessions are completed, and identify any development opportunities for the team
- Ensure induction, training plans and associated HR administration documents are in place and are regularly reviewed
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all HR colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the company
- Deal with complex queries that come into the team on a daily basis
- Be accountable for all compliance across the team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and consistently produced to a high standard in order to maintain accurate records
- Contribute, monitor and report on HR SLA's and KPI's
- Support the Senior HR Manager on a range of projects and process reviews as and when required
- Administer the new starter process, a range of employee amendments and the leavers process as required
With an HR generalist background and ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, you will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to operate across all levels of the organisation.
